Owners trip to Amsterdam

On Sunday 30^th March Tracie Gunningham and Sara Soper flew to Amsterdam on the Keune annual Owners Trip.

We had 'free time' on the Sunday, a chance to take in the local sights and sample the city's culture. 

Monday we were off to Keune headquarters where we spent the day learning about Keune's latest products and collection of cuts, colours and techniques. 

The Keune range of hair products are pretty special, but the Amsterdam headquarters and meeting Mr Keune himself was awe-inspiring!

After a hard day in the classroom, we had a quick change back at the hotel before being chauffeured  to a beautiful restaurant called Pasta Basta, where we were wined and dined by the lovely educator Editha form Keune.  What an amazing place to eat, you are literally sang to, by professional singers whilst wining and dining.  When everyone finished eating the singers upped the tempo, singing the latest hits and getting everyone up out of their seats dancing!  A memorable night had by all.

What an amazing city! Couldn’t do it justice in two days, but we had a good go !     

Envy has now launched SO PURE ammonia free colour as a result of seeing it's outstanding results on this educational visit.

The Envy Team visit Nuffield Health and Wellbeing centre and raise money for Shekinah Mission

The Envy Team attended Nuffield Health and Wellbeing centre on Saturday 28^th March and offered their services to gym goers in exchange for donations to Shekinah Mission.

Tracie Gunningham, Sara Soper, Allison Samuels, Rachel Ackland and Jess Taylor attended the popular Plymouth health club for the day and between them managed to raise £100.

Dartmoor – a windy but perfect location for a Bridal shoot!

When it comes to trying to showcase your work in a magazine it takes a whole team of professionals to create the perfect look. 

This is fairly straightforward when working in a studio however working outdoors brings a whole new set of challenges, which Tracie and Rachael from ENVY discovered recently whilst on a bridal shoot.

 

The talented team consisted of Makeup artist Becca Searle, Photographer Emma Barrow and Rachael and Tracie from Envy head out to a remote location on Dartmoor.

Throughout the day the team battled with the elements which tested the durability and staying power of the hair and makeup creations, to get some of the most stunning photographs of their beautiful model Amber.

The group had a great day and produced some of the most beautiful work which hopefully will be published in The Wed magazine in June 2014.

Lady Taverners visit to ENVY RWY.

For an evening of pure indulgence.

Envy opened their doors to 20 members of the prestigious Lady Taverners group.

The evening kicked off to a glamorous start with champagne, strawberries, chocolate and fine Vegan appetizers courtesy of ENVY and Veggie Yum, Plymouth.

Throughout the night The ENVY team were on hand to offer their expert advice and demonstrations.

Tracie Gunningham carried out a Kerastraight Ultimate treatment, the latest product in Keratin smoothing treatments.

 ENVY Beauty were also on hand to over bespoke beauty tasters and expertise,

Sarah Bloggs from Lady Taverners said  ‘Thank you for a lovely evening! What more could a girl want - beauty tips, champagne and chocolates!!’

ENVY director would like to thank everyone that attended the evening along with her team for making the evening such a success!
